This weekend we’ll be visiting the Lombergs who have kindly organised a bach that’s 40 minutes outside of Rotorua. We haven’t been to the rotten-egg town (!) for several years at least, so it will be neat – maybe Eden will enjoy the luge and the gondola just as much as the sulphury smell…
It will be a real treat to catch up with Kelvin and Sundeia, and for Eden to reacquaint with her playmate and month-apart friend over this weekend. They’re the sort of family who end up encouraging you more than you encourage them.
Also, there’s apparently very little cell phone coverage – so we can all take a much-needed digital holiday!
